"Livingston range traverse minus the last ridge.
Very good route, very difficult for the single day. Only recommend if you’re in very good conditioning and have high comfort on class 4 scrambling. Do not expect to run more than maybe a km or two in the first 30kms. Most of it is hands on scrambling. The last 10kms would be possible to jog although we were not in the condition to do so. I brought 4l of water. Would have loved 5. Started at 3:20am which was a good call, did the first 15km’s out of the sun which likely helped a lot.
