"The 5km bike approach for Andy Good Peak up Ptolemy creek is a fun one, especially on the way out. The creek crossings were no more than mid-shin deep, and some could easily be ridden through. There are a few steeper, rocky sections where the bikes were pushed.
After stashing the bikes at the big junction, the hike to the Andy Good SW col was straightforward. The ridge to the summit involved moderate scrambling on slabs, with one rock bulge that was more exposed/difficult that I opted to scooch down on descent.
Back at the col, we side-hilled around the south side of Promised Land Peak, before ascending some nice grippy slab to the summit.
The traverse west to Gargantua Peak and it's northern outlier was straightforward, before descending to the col and down the Promised Land, where we peered into various caves but were not brave enough to explore. The hike back to the bikes was easy on a very straight trail, and the bike ride out was a blast.
