"We had a great time with no difficulty finding a route. We hiked the Siyeh Pass Trail up to the saddle below Cracker. The route on the ridge going up to Cracker is cairned when you get to the rocky section. The ledge traverse on the eastside of the mountain was nothing challenging. The step-on ledges in the black rock are very obvious and decent sized. The traverse from Cracker over to Siyeh is very straight forward. Exiting down the south slope of Siyeh has a couple of challenging spots on walls, but nothing that can't be easily overcome. There appeared to be several ways to navigate the walls. All in all, a nice 11 mile loop hike that is not too taxing. Enjoy! " — Heartattackbruce • Sep 2, 2024
"Hike all the way to Siyeh pass then climb up Cracker peak first and then Mt. Siyeh. There is a very small ledge (6" wide with 50 foot exposure) on way to Cracker peak. On the way down we go through a couliar towards Piegan pass, and this is a much easier route to climb mountain." — mtngoat • Aug 10, 1992
