"This was another great scramble for Jeff. The first time I did this in 2012 on Thanksgiving weekend in snow, Bert and I had majorly bad visibility. Today was redemption for that! So worth it and worth repeating. So many people out today. " — leigh-annewebster • Aug 19, 2023
"Cold but fun day. Dug a west aspect test pit at 2050m to confirm AvCan forecast of (low-low-low). South aspect was very wind effected, variable, but mostly solid wind slab. We threw on ski crampons which made our lives a lot better. -23 to start, probably -14 mid-day and at the summit, but the wind chill felt like it was still -23. Fun turns on the descent." — ivo • Feb 18, 2021
"paget peak threepeat
w/ Jake Finnan and David Xiao (PCT)
first ski summit - incredible! Bushwhacking on ascent and scramble for the last 200 vert m. Skied from summit after short traverse. NEED to skin out from Sherbrooke Lake.
Snow was incredible! No avy signs. " — marikapelham • Dec 14, 2019
"Our second attempt. Kati was more brave this time than she was in 2003 and we made it. A very warn day, mostly sunny and not enough wind to keep you cool. We met two people who had been to the summit, but after that, we had the top of the mountain to ourselves all day. Did not start down until near 5:30pm. Fantastically great views and very unusual rock formations. Elevation gain for the trip 1000m, YTD elevation gain 27615m." — MtnJohn • Jul 16, 2011
