"Hiked through the city and gained access to the summit through Juanita Way stairs and continued up to the path. Trail is a little maze like, but keep going up and you will get to the top. There is street parking here if you want to drive to the trailhead/stairs. Nice view of San Francisco!" — Zardoz • Mar 17, 2017
"2nd peak of the day pursuing the San Francisco 7 Peak Challenge. Mt Davidson, the highest peak in SF, was a welcome escape from the burning fields of Bernal Heights. The shaded and easy-graded St Croix Trail led to some great stone staircase shortcuts to a way-overdone cross on the wooded top. I mean, this cross is huge. Greats views of SF and the Bay from the east side of the summit." — scott • Jun 19, 2016
