"Scrambled up to the south end of Crystal Ridge. Most of the scrambling on my route involved boulders, progressively getting larger, as well as a steep sandy slope. Traversed north. The crux of the day, all the spider webs drawn across boulders. Continued beyond to the peak after the descent route before heading down. It was about 20 meters higher then Crystal Ridge summit. Finally found somewhere to stick this old sticker.

"Took Claudia up Crystal ridge. It was her first snowshoe hike. Was pretty windy up there but had a very blue sky day. This was one of my first peaks on the Icefields Parkway. " — dkmountainman • Feb 19, 2011
