"We stayed overnight in the remote Glen Affric hostel. Walked up Coire na Cloiche to the bealach and turned east to An Socach 921m. Then retaced our steps to the bealach and then went up the NE ridge to the summit of Ceathreamhnan. Then we descended along the NW ridge to another Munro - Mullach na Dheiragain 982m, the weather staying good throughout. We then retraced our steps to the minor peak of Carn na Con Dhu and there droped steeply south off the ridge into a high corrie and climbed back up to the outward bealach path at Coire na Cloiche. We then returned to the remote hostel." — davidlong • Aug 30, 2010
"With three friends. From Athnamulloch we walked via An Sornach to An Socach. We went on to Stob Coire nan Dearcag, Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan, the W top, Stuc Bheag, and Stuc Mor. We went back to the col between Stuc Mor and Stuc Bheag, then went east down a snow field and contoured round to Carn na Con Dhu, then Mullach na Dheiragain, and Mullach Sithidh. I alone did the E top and caught the others up on Bealach Coire Ghàidheil. Misty on Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan." — peter43 • May 29, 1982
