"On a Ramblers' Association hut to hut tour. From Innsbrucker Hütte, having spent the night there. We climbed the east side ordinary route. This goes WSW over grass and rock debris to the foot of the SE rib. The path winds steeply upwards over slabby broken rocks with fixed ropes to a corner. Then it goes a little onto the NE flank and zigzags up the tiny Habicht glacier. The final rocks have more fixed ropes. There was some snow. We descended back to the hut and down to Gschnitztal (Obertal). We spent the night in a barn with hay." — peter43 • Jul 28, 1958
