"Windy 6 Peak Sesh....Sunday Hill, Hole-in-the-top, Lawnmower, Lizard Pass Point, Trident & Peak 4,496’. 6.5 miles, 2,200’ gain in 3:32hrs. CW Arrowhead loop traversing parallel ridges separated by a HWY crossing, a concrete median hurdle & 3 barbed wire fence crawls. Fun and challenging. Some peaks have only seen a few visits in the last 3 years. All had registers thanks to Kevin H. Fun Day of Peak Hoarding. " — paula.raimondi • Apr 21, 2021
"Intended to be peak three of three, this was actually peak three of four (had to return to Sunday Hill). Had a bit of, er, trouble finding the geocache on the peak, so we went back down the same way we came up - and found it this time. Nothing major to report; pretty views of southern Red Rock NCA, and gorgeous desert landscapes, as per usual. :)" — psychikingjes • Mar 18, 2018
"Came out for an easy Sunday hike up a few hills and to a few geocaches. It ended up being a little longer than planned, but fun anyways. We parked at the Late Night Trailhead and hiked east, to the low end of the ridge for a geocache. We then followed the ridge to the west and up to Sunday Hill, our first destination. From there, we descended south, crossed the highway (which was interesting) and hiked out to a geocache, before turning NE and heading up to Peak 4496 via the NW ridge. From there, we followed the NE ridge down and ascended Trident via the west ridge. We spent quite a while up there looking for a geocache, then headed down the same way. We crossed the road and hiked back to the trailhead, where I convinced everyone to go back up to Sunday Hill with me for a second time (there was another geocache that I walked past the first time). Somehow, I got them to say yes and we made quick work of it." — Kevin • Mar 18, 2018
"After a tough day in Red Rock yesterday, we wanted something a little easier. I found a group of 5 smaller summits that none of us had done close to town and we decided to try to knock them all out. We parked on the side of the road and headed straight up the south slope of Lawnmower, just west of the cliff band. From there, we hiked across the easy east/west ridge to Hole-in-the-Top. We debated hiking across the highway to do Trident and Lizard Pass Point as one big loop hike, but traffic was steady and we'd have to cross over a large center berm twice to do so, so we opted to hike back to the car, then drive to a place where we could make a u-turn, placing us on the correct side of the road. We parked on the side of the road at a place between Trident & Lizard Pass Point and made our way up to the low saddle between them. We followed the west ridge up to Lizard Pass Point first, then descended back to the saddle and followed the ridge up to Trident. We took another ridge back down to the car. Once back at the car, we drove to the small community of Blue Diamond and followed some game trails up to Peak 4109. We saw several burros on the way up and down. I took a slightl..." — Kevin • Nov 19, 2017
