"Redid Tyrwhitt and got Mount Pocaterra! One more moderate left in the Kane 2nd edition! Had an awesome day out with Bert, Nate, Jenna, Kate and Bonnie. We did both summits, but I did the lower line to get the second one as I hate exposure lol." — leigh-annewebster • Oct 15, 2022
"The east face route to access the summit ridge is very steep and slabby, some routefinding required. The summit ridge to South Summit is exposed in places but most difficulties can be avoided on climber's left. Traverse from South to North Summits is as severely exposed as advertised. Kane is nuts to classify it as a "moderate scramble". Class 4 climb ("difficult scramble"). According to my GPS, the both summits have the same height. " — Taras • Oct 2, 2022
"Highwood Ridge > Grizzly Ridge > Mt. Tyrwitt > Mt. Pocaterra > Pocaterra Ridge. Solo mission for 5 peaks. Highwood, Grizzly, Tyrwitt we’re straight forward with no complications other than a scree slog up Tyrwitt. One group above was unintentionally sending a lot of rock down the face. The ridge to Pocaterra was long and relatively fun. Great views the whole way. Route finding on Mt. P was the only real challenge. I ended up climbing some exposed sections that I may have avoided if I read up more beta beforehand. Descending the east face was interesting. You pretty much go to where you don’t get cliffed out, trending to skiers right. I then crossed a snow patch at the top of the valley to gain the western flank of P Ridge. There were enough game trails to make some sidehilling bearable. the return trip through the valley was enjoyable. A creek was perfect to cool off and refill my water. I love this area for the minimal approach time below treeline. It was a quick 3km to warm beers in the parking lot! I’d do this one again... not this year though. " — ivo • Jul 30, 2022

"It was listed as a moderate in Kane's book, but it deserves a difficult rating. There was plenty of narrow ridges with exposure on both sides as well as some exposed climbing moves. We used the gully (a short way back from the summit) to drop down, and walked out." — BertB • Aug 27, 2015
