"I started around 5am, taking the Siphon Draw trail. After reaching the Basin, the trail got very steep. It follows the dry creek up the canyon, and is often more of a climb than a trail. I went right at the trail junction on top and basically walked out to the Flatiron. I looked back and saw where the high point was, then went back and summited Point 5024. The trail was a little difficult to find, but eventually I picked it out and made the summit. The views in all directions were excellent." — ZachTeich • Jul 10, 2016
"Peak Number Three of the Superstition Traverse. This is the peak just north east of the Flatiron feature. The route up is not heavily traveled like the Flatiron. This secluded peak really gives you a feel of what the Superstitions are all about. The trail that leads to the top of it takes you through dozens of hoodoos hovering above you and other spires and pinnacles all around making the landscape feel surreal." — Nuernberger • Jan 30, 2016
