"This hike was very fun; however, I found it difficult (as a short person) to climb both up and down some of the big rocks at the top. I did it, but it took me 5.5 hours to complete the entire 6 miles out and back (from the parking lot). A lot of scrambling, you need good shoes and lots of water. The view is fantastic, the birds were flying by really fast up there.. very cool. " — nikkirogers • Apr 13, 2020
"Pretty steep, and always *looks* like you're almost there, but not. You definitely need to do some climbing, so be warned, this is not just a 'hike'. But after you get to the top, the view is definitely worth it. As a ham radio guy, I was able to hit my local clubs repeater (which is using a small, non-commercial antenna that usually has about 15mi radius coverage) at about 70mi away, with only 5w, and was reported to be coming in fuzz free and clear. Definitely amazing!" — johwiltb • Nov 6, 2015
