"Parked at the beginning of the track into Torridon on the B 8056 near Shieldaig. Then followed the boggy marked trail to the poignant WWII USAF crash site at the Fairy Lochs. Re-traced steps to larger lochan to the north, then following the north shore. Followed a faint path towards the hill, involving an easy small scramble up to the summit. To descend, headed to the bealach just north-west of the summit, steeply down a gully south-west. Then on a boggy path north-west through a gate in the deer fence to rejoin the outward path further down. A fine hill with good views. Wet wild & windy weather with fierce gusting south-westerlies. Rain held off till the summit, but then I got very wet! Solo." — marktrengove2 • Oct 27, 2016
