I love this little peak. Went a different route this time. After leaving white owl canyon I stayed in the wash and decided to climb the steep old power line road instead of gaining the ridge earlier to avoid all the ups and downs. The wash did not disappoint as it was very beautiful with little obstacles to climb up and over. Descended down another service road and back down another canyon where I saw a great white owl. Beautiful day in the desert.
