Full value day in the North Cascades! Favorable forecast meant it was time to head north and hopefully enjoy some of the best views of the North Cascades from the summit of Ruby. Took the Happy Creek route. Consistent snow coverage started around 3k. Firm snow meant no snowshoes until we accessed the ridge below the bowl. Straightforward route for the most part. Summit views were glorious! Easy descent.
