Exploratory hike up north ridge of Olympic Valley. Mostly dirt but snowfields in places. Lots of prints — dare I say bear — all over the place. Discovered several climbers paths that eventually led me to the peak. 360 degree views and a unique vantage point of Squaw ski resort. Perhaps the best achievable position for views of Squaw. Toyed with idea of traversing ridge up to Silver Peak but best to leave that for a ski touring day.

Hi Scott. I've been thinking about another peak challenge that focuses on the lesser-known tors on Dartmoor as that's my main interest. I'd keep it up to date as I'm on this excellent website every night! However with already two Dartmoor challenges I don't know if it's really necessary and unfortunately a lot of the tors are private. Please let me know what you think. It'd be cool to get the lesser-known tors recognised more and for me to be able to document them separately. There isn't really a srict criteria but just the ones I believe are lesser-known. Thank you :)
