Tuzigoot National Monument is an interesting place! Very small, only the one (rebuilt in the 1930s) large pueblo dwelling. The interpretive signs are very informative, and there was a park ranger roaming around offering extra information. The visitor center *is* open and I was able to get a stamp for my National Parks Passport (the cashier/store attendant stamped it for me). This is part of a larger series of national monuments protecting ancient dwelling sites of the Hohokam and Sinagua people who were (probably?) precursors of the current-day Hopi people. Well worth it for learning more about some of the original inhabitants of the Verde valley.
