"Started from Freedom St. Parklands trailhead. Cool 62 degrees and lots of deer flies ☹️The hike started out on an old cart path that was in good shape. About 1/4 mile in the trail takes a right and becomes a footpath for another 1/4 mile. The trail passes a huge boulder and then intersects with another cart path. Take a right and follow to the old stone building. Bear left and follow that trail to the summit. The summit area is very large and flat and becoming overgrown. Limited views as some cutting was done a few years back and it’s starting to grow back cutting off some of the view. This was a 1.8 mile out and back hike. Steady steep incline with around 300’ of elevation gain. " — GreggC • Jun 28, 2025
