Another great short hike just outside Winthrop. Took the North Loop Trail up to the top and back, and even though the views from the get-go were amazing, the views on top were pretty incredible, given its relatively short height and the relatively easy hike to the summit. Overall rating 8/10, the perfect hike for a taste of what it's like to hike in the Methow Valley, with incredible views of all the high peaks that surround the town: definitely the go-to hike if you want to do a nice hike right outside Winthrop without too much work or too much driving
