First time i've ever climbed a mountain in my life, decided on a Saturday night in Thessaloniki, caught the first bus Sunday morning. Spent the first night in Spilios, up at dawn and at Mytikas peak by 11am. Climbed down Louki and spent 2 nights at Apostolos Refuge as the weather was bad (i climbed in sneakers and shorts!) Always wanted to climb Olympus as a child.
