With the weather forecast not being all that great, a last minute plan to tag Mount Howard Douglas was formed. We walked our bikes up the road (for a fun coast back later on). We went up, but took to the ski run and were a bit off route. We did some light bushwhacking to get back on track. From there we went up the standard scramble route. Lots of scree slogging. The weather held, we saw some clouds coming off ridges and that was fine. Makes it feel like a real mountain adventure. We ran in to Wil Tabak, Shaun Luong, Ali Shariat and Asieh Gh by chance. We managed the rock fall hazard very well (no issues at all).
