"I started from a carpark close to Villair Damont (Courmayeur) and at first I reached, by a very good but steep footpath, the Col Sapin. Then, also on good footpaths, I bagged Testa della Tronche and Testa Bernarda, the letter by a smaller track. Good views on the Mount Blanc and Mount Chetif. To close my ring i passed by the Rifugio Bertone, close due to the season. Fine autumn weather." — filippoceragioli • Oct 17, 2025

"Morning walk from Champlong (in the Verrayes municipality). I reached the summit by a good and clear footpath. Before returning to the car I also reached an unnamed peak close to the Col des Bornes, walking offtrack in the woodland." — filippoceragioli • Sep 25, 2025
"Départ de Chézari, c'est long entre le col du breuil et la face, il reste presque rien du glacier...
Start from Chézari, it's long way beetwen cl du breuil and the face, the glacier is really small and will die soon" — vincentcallet • Aug 12, 2025
"We took the tram to Trockener Steg (9500'). Dense fog the last 2000' up. We hung out there for 90 minutes for the fog to lift. Then we hiked the Matterhorn Glacial trail to Schwarzsee. The trail brings you roughly 1.25 to 1.5 miles from the base of the Matterhorn. Still almost 7000' up to the summit from there. Just an incredible area to walk around and take in the great Matterhorn." — Alohabuffy • Jul 14, 2025
