A day in the mountains always has a way of clearing your mind. Heart Mountain today with my friend @holleit who has now bagged her first peak. What a trooper! The 19th really dumped a fresh batch of snow onto the KCountry peaks which made things a bit more interesting. Highly recommend gaiters + microspikes as its slippery out there with knee deep snow along the upper ridge. It will likely take another week or two of good weather for it clear off again.
