Some snow that made ascent a bit of a battle was fantastic on descent. Getting quite deep in spots, might be pretty risky soon. The larches will be gold for another week yet before they drop needles. Summit view is fantastic - 3 lakes lined up perfectly for a photo. A must do when camping at Egypt Lake. Only took 4 hours return from camp.
