First hike in winter with spikes/snowshoes. Uneventful up to Dog Mountain. Micro spikes only. Tried to go to Suicide Bluffs and had to put snowshoes on. Track was hard to find but managed to stay on it. At the base of Suicide Bluffs, I realized it was harder than expected and wasn't prepare enough. Turned back.
