Memorial Day weekend adventure! We fueled up the car and our bellies (at Baker's Diner) early on Sunday, then off to Maryland to Catoctin Mountain Park where we did a 9 mile route (that covered several vistas and peaks (Wolf Rock, Chimney Rock, Hog Rock and a bonus Cunningham Falls - in the state park across the road). Beth was under the weather - she had a sinus infection that had her less than peak performance but we managed to complete in about 3.5 hours moving time. Lu and I ran the last mile as I wanted to test out my leg/hip to see how close to healed I was from my injury back in May. Feeling strong, looking for another adventure.
