"Trail head is a few minutes from town. Did the hike in a loop. Steep way up, gradual way down. The west face of the mountain gets a lot of sunshine so there was no snow going up. Coming down the backside however we ended up having to hike through a couple feet of snow. The loop we did ended at another trail head, and we ended up walking a couple miles back to our car.
