"Today I went with my son to the Sierra de La Pila to do a route of about six miles, we started at five in the afternoon so we were aware that the return and descent would be at night.
We climb to Pico del Aguila and from here we head north towards Coto de Los Sordos, climbing a ravine and leaving the other two peaks on our right. We reach a hill and turn right to descend along a path that descends towards the south and passes through peak 924 and peak 887. The lack of light pollution here allows us to see the Big Dipper and Cassiopeia while after some confusion we must go consulting the GPS to follow the correct route." — franciscobirruezo • Mar 1, 2024

"This mountain near the Village of La Garapacha has a complicated step before the top. The Camino Hondo west direction approaches the base of the peak. As I forgot my cell phone at home , the photos are made with that of Elvira, some image has a filter because I accidentally gave it to him." — franciscobirruezo • Oct 28, 2017
