I revisited these impressive hills in the Menifee area. Impressive, at least, by Inland Empire standards. On my last visit, I climbed Peak 2082 before forming a loop to the south and going over two more peaks. This time I climbed Peak 2082 and climbed two more peaks to the north, while forming a different loop. Peak 2082 was too close by for me to ignore, so I topped out on it just to make it official, and to take a few photos of the big cross on top. I then looked to Peak 2141 to the north, which is the most impressive of the bunch. A dirt road connects all the summits, making trail finding rather unnecessary. A spur road goes steeply up the side of Peak 2141, though. With commanding views from the summit and Mount Brannon left to conquer, I continued on to its nearby summit. After Mount Brannon, the road narrowed on the way down before widening and then eventually paralleling Menifee Road. To complete the loop, I walked along the side of Meniffe Road back to the parking area near Aldergate Park.
