"First time up this one. Solo trip. Went from intersection of Basin Rd and Wills Close. Followed fire trail for first part, then a faint trail for the last 2.5 km to the summit. The ubiquitous cairn of rocks at the top." — donizen • Feb 10, 2018
"About an hour to get up for the fit. A vehicle track takes you past a campsite before disappearing shortly after into a walking track that takes you up to the peak. The open scrub soon turns into rocky rainforest as you near the top. Views from the top are obstructed by the tree line so not great for photography however still a nice view to the eye. Beware wild pigs in spring as there is a pig nest just about on the summit. Best to go mid morning to early afternoon whilst the boars are feeding down in the valley. They are aggressive and will charge if cornered. " — michaelmead • Sep 11, 2016
