"We walked up by south side of Glen Lochsie and had a hard time fording the river before heading up the long track towards the summit; it was misty as we approached but this then cleared to give great views of the Glenshee Hills and beyond. Did not ford the Lochsie on the return but continued down the dismantled mineral railway line." — munroman • Jan 29, 2011
"Cairngorm Club meet. Leading the president’s party. From Spittal of Glenshee up Gleann Taitneach, then east ridge Glas Tulaichean of (to north of Glas Choire Mhór) to summit. Some step kicking needed - nice firm, hard snow. Went down the SE ridge. A beautiful day – sunny with extensive views of snow-clad peaks." — peter43 • Mar 18, 1984
"With Jonathan Bellarby. From Spittal of Glenshee to Glenlochsie Lodge and up the south ridge to the summit of Glas Tulaichean. Descent same way. Snow on the ground everywhere – thick high up. Visibility nil on the summit." — peter43 • Jan 3, 1982
