Whist travelling N to the Cairngorms, we had often noticed these hills across Loch Leven from the M90. This time we decided to make a detour to them. From a car park above the quaint village of Falkland, we set off W on a broad path, across the broad ridge and up the steep slope to the summit. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sister peak of East Lomond, that will have to wait for another time.
