In June 2012 I made a visit to this area and hiked the volcanoes. I returned today to find changes which is to be expected. I found one change that I find unacceptable - the summits of both Vulcan and JA volcanoes are now off-limits. Signs around the summit indicate that those who trespass beyond the signs are subject to possible fines and/or arrest.
