Went from Slaggyford to avoid the peat hags from Black Fell. Lovely walk in sunshine. A little bit of wind. First headed to Grey Nag once more then headed across a couple of peat hags to Tom Smith's Stone Top. The hags were dry. First time I've walked across peat hags and not had to clean my boots of mud - there's going to be a drought this year. Not much of a summit but it crosses my last Nuttall in Northumberland off the list and there were great views of Blencartha and Skiddaw in the Lake District. I started a cairn while at the summit with a broken fence post and 4 white stones... feel free to add to it.
