Solo. From one of the car parks near the Glen Café on the A708. I followed the Southern Upland Way across Craggy Sike and then used an ATV track that goes up to join another ATV track near the fence junction which is not far from the trig point. A short distance from the fence junction to reach the trig and summit. Used the other ATV track for the descent; it runs down Long Moor to 253282 but does not keep close to the fence. Then along SUW back to start. A beautiful sunny day with temperature inversion and excellent visibility.
