Cairngorm Club meet - with a fellow member. We left the roadside near Aberader and walked on the footpath to Lochan a Choire. We ascended the window. There are very impressive cliffs here. We entered mist just above the top of the window. We reached the summit of Stob Poite Coire Ardair, the east top and Sron Coire a’ Chriochairean. Many deer were seen ahead, crossing south to north. We went south a little to avoid disturbing them. We continued to Carn Liath and Stob Coire Dhuibh before descending. Rain from time to time, but not heavy. The mist finally cleared above Choire a’ Chriocharean.
