Straightforward hike on a retired service road to a former lookout station. Despite all the thunderstorm activity going on all around, not a drop fell on me. The pathway also serves as a nature trail with detailed plaques describing the plants. Saw no evidence remaining of the lookout station, meanwhile nature is taking over. Great views of the surrounding countryside and peaks.
