Headed up early with two friends. We're guides and climbers from the area. We went from the eastern side, past crooked falls and straight up, nearer the summit the trail sweeps around and winds back and forth.
We summited by 9am and were back in the car park for the campsite at the Ashlu Squamish confluence by 11:30. Fast and light the mantra. The way up was easy we ran almost the entire way with a few breaks. Some points require edging as landslides had reduced the trail to 3 inches in width or less with large drop-offs.
The summit too cloudy to see anything, however we took some 2 photos 1 at the summit and one on the way up regardless.
