Climbed from west on rocky meadow covered ridge from Lummox Point. Climbed this peak on recommendation from a friend. Scrambled up the ridge west of the peak which has multiple large rock formations including a rock pinnacle, a natural arch, and multiple fins and cliffs. DO NOT CLIMB THIS PEAK IN SPRING OR SUMMER! There is a massive amount of poison oak growing on the slopes and near the summit of this peak. No matter what season you climb it cannot be avoided completely, but it is safer when the plants have lost their leaves for the season. From the grassy and rocky ridge to the west of Scuffle, continue up until you reach a road that appears to be used for quarry operations on the peak. From there, take the easiest and most poison oak-free route to the summit. The summit consists of a small fin of rock that has a magnificent view in every direction except for north. The once higher peak to the east had its summit removed for gravel decades ago. From the recent road building activity near the summit, I am guessing that the peak will be mined for gravel. There are large cliffs on the south and east sides of the peak, making an excellent source of industrial sand and gravel. Even with the inconvenience of having the climb through poison oak, the exploration was very fun and interesting. Descended the same way I came up.
