Perfect sunny Sept day. From Murren. 4 hours total. Very steep at times. We had snow on most of the top stretch from early Sept snowfall. Great lunch in the revolving restaurant afterward. Stopped at Schilthorn Hut for hot chocolate on way up. Very do-able in a morning----e.g. 8-12.
