Our plans to hike 4 peaks got derailed by nesting Falcons. So instead of heading to Flying Mountain, we climbed up Sauveur and made the decision to skip Valley Peak too. Those two can be paired up another time. Nice views from the ledges at the top, although to summit itself doesn't have anything to see. Walk down Saint Sauveur Trail was easy and enjoyable.
