This is a pretty easy hike. It's short, about 2 miles round trip, and doesn't kill you. When you're about 5 minutes from the top, there's a split in the trail that if you bear left will take on the longer, more difficult way to the top, making a loop. It doesn't go to the true summit of the mountain, just to an outlook at the end of the trail. When we got to the top, not much time was spent due to the cloud of flies. I was surprised how close we were to that trail split and how quick we got to it when headed down. Other than the hazard of leaves covering the trail, it wasn't terribly hard. I think we did the entire trip in an hour and forty minutes, and I was kind of dragging ass today.
