I went up from Albenga train station in a cloudy winter morning , through Monte Rosso , Monte Bignone , Monte Castellaro , Monte Pisciavino and Poggio Scotteri and Monte Tirasso . On the summit there are the ruins of an ancient tower ( or windmill ) .
