Pretty cloudy the whole time but somewhat warm with no wind. Up the auto road to the look out, then took green over to the Belknap summit. Nice views from the fire tower. We took yellow down and tried an unbroken Blue boulder trail. Note to self, expect boulders and boulder fields on a trail called Boulder Trail. Then took Piper-Round Pond trail over to Old Piper and up to Piper Mt summit. Down Piper Mt to lower carriage rd.
