Being a Thursday I thought I’d be the only one on the summit. There was a group that came in from St. Louis. I joined them and we had a great time heading up the mountain together. Some of them didn’t make it to the top as it was much more difficult than anyone was expecting. I was on the summit for about an hour. Very fantastic views.
Got back to the lake and it started hailing on us for about 10 minutes.
This peak was much harder and steeper than I expected.
