Early start for a long walk to the Rastkogel 2762m via Penken. Morning mist in the valley, we got the lift up to the 1st station and walked up to the Penken ridge,above the clouds to see good views of the surrounding peaks. From the summit of the Penken, we continued along the ridge and climbed up to the summit of the Wanglspitze 2420m, then along the ridge, by passing another peak, before climbing steeply up the Grindlscharte and along the rocky ridge to the summit of the Rastkogel.
