Drove from Wodonga to Bright and on to Freeburgh, up Reliance Track and south on Wet Gully Track to park to the north east of Peak 930 m, known in SOTA as VK3/VE-256. This was another new peak added to SOTA on 1 November. Walked up the spur to the summit and set up the radio gear to make 16 contacts. Packed up and returned to the car. Drove out to the north and down to Bright, then towards Myrtleford. Made my way up to the ridge line and onto McCormack Track and drove out to another new summit: Peak 680 m, known in SOTA as VK3/VE-267. Set up the gear on the summit and made 10 contacts before packing up. I travellled back to Havilla Road, then north to C534 and then to Myrtleford.
