Drove out to Avoca, and then to Warrenmang and made my way up to road Main Break and worked my way around to below the summit of Peak 757 m. Walked up to summit and activated VK3/VS-018 Point 756 Pyrennes for SOTA, making 17 contacts. Packed up and returne dto the car and drove across to Blue Mountain, sustaing a puncture en route due to a stick through a side wall. Changed the wheel and made it to the summit to activate for SOTA - VK3/VS-015. Packed up and returned to the car. Headed back to Avoca and spent some time as the local garage changed tyres - I was lucky that they had one tyre in stock of the right size.
Grabbed some lunch at the bakery and then headed north west to Redbank and up Redbank-Barkly Road, then up Centre Road to the junction with Mount Separation Road. parked and walked across to the summit of Peak 757 m, know in SOTA as VK3/VW-013 West of England Range. Activated the summit, making only one contact, thus gaining the points for SOTA. Packed up and returned to the car. headed north and made my way past Teddington Reservoir to reach Stuart Mill. Waying up my options, I decided to head to Maryborough to find a room for the night at a local motel.
