Hike to "Cartwheels in the Sun" inspired by local athlete Paula Raimondi. First Henderson hike of the season with McCullough highs in the 70s and it was beautiful, although it's never not windy here so that's to be expected. I plan on knocking out the entire north & south McCullough ranges eventually ... today was my first time to Cartwheels and North McCullough Peaks. Cartwheels was a good challenge with lots of scree and scrambling class 3 or 4 depending how you get there. I was the 2nd entry in the registry ... makes me wonder how many ppl have ever been there. Thanks to Paula for naming this peak and posting the route.
