Approached from the Harp Inn walking about 300 yards south to a footpath, then making my way back up. The highest point is found slightly north on a paralell line from the pub. Quite a depressing little place this, covered in barbed wire, danger signs, plastic rubble bags, other crap, and seemingly indiscriminately felled trees. The quarry itself is enormous, and although it looks quite dangerous, and probably is, there is a service road along the top so you can look down into its depths without feeling you might end up there. Not recommended.
